The objective of AUTO CABLES TUNISIE is to become leader in Tunisia in manufacturing cables for the car market.

To achieve this goal, the company launched in 2009 a strategic plan called ACT 2011 aiming at:
  • The extension of its offer "products" by obtaining approvals from major international companies
  • Improving its industrial tool to meet the growing demands of its customers
  • The permanent cut of production costs through annual efficiency plans.
This strategic plan is supported by a constant improvement process (Kaizen), involving all employees of the company and supported by budgets of investment.
